I can’t not get attached, HOW CAN I TURN MY FEELINGS OFF

I’m a loyal person and enjoy the affection when given it. So much so I can’t talk to more than one boy in a potential way at once. Hard to believe but the same conversations with both and then they both want to meet up.. what if they both kiss me?? So I’m literally such a loyal person. Over a night out. A night in with them would be so much nicer. Trust me.

I get so attached and currently I’m so heartbroken over a casual thing I thought I wouldn’t get attached to. But he was perfect. Girls please help me :( I’m so upset. How can I get over it!!
