Back pain
So I’ve had severe back pain in my middle back on the left of my spine since 11am yesterday. Nothing I do shifts this pain and it get worse in waves. The tops of my legs are also painful - this feels like when I’ve ridden my bike after not doing it for a long time though I haven’t!
Any ideas what this could be in 37+5 today.
