Flat stomach ideas ?
I don’t mind the extra weight anywhere else but i miss my flat stomach . I never worked out before i just always had a flat stomach and now i don’t have any stretch marks but i have a flabby stomach now 😭I’m 3 months pp and I’m wondering how to get it back ? I snack a lot still because of breastfeeding but i don’t drink any sugary drinks only water and then coffee in the morning . Also i do crunches daily
