Endometriosis surgery

I had my laparoscopy yesterday for my endometriosis but my surgeon couldn't use my previous laparoscopy scars apart from my belly button scar, so he had to make an incision and I'm in absolute agony with the pain. I know that he lasered the endometriosis out from both sides, fitted a Mirena coil, removed a cyst and also he had to unstick my bowel and also my right ovary. I'm in so much pain and the pain medication isn't touching it. Just want to curl up in a ball and cry. I should be used to the pain by now though
