Gut feelings?

So lately I’ve been having this weird feeling that something is going on with my husband and he’s not telling me. I haven’t seen nor has he necessarily given me a reason to think he’s cheating, but he also seems kinda distant. We spoke about the distance a few days ago & he’s been fed up with work lately, so I’m assuming he’s just tense after a long day. I grew up with divorced parents due to my dad cheating on my mom so quite frankly, my husband cheating on me is a big fear of mine. I guess I just needed to vent somewhere. I’m also on my period so I feel like i could just easily be moody lately. Again, just needed someplace to vent this out, not sure what I’m looking for out of this by posting on here.
