Adderall while pregnant????

No bashing ! I'm seriously just wondering if anyone Is in the position I'm in .. I'm on my third pregnancy both my other pregnancy I stopped all my medications last time I lost my home job everything I just cant function I have severe depression and PTSD.. is anyone else on medication and what did your dr say Is it possible to stay on your meds???

Adderall was the only medication I could NOT continue. The other ones I take for my bipolar were all considered pregnancy safe. You need to insult your psychiatrist.

My sisters doctor okayed a certain dose while she was pregnant, maybe every doctor is different depending on your body

I take dextroamphetamine for my ADHD, which I'm pretty sure is very similar if not the same as Adderall (medications sometimes have different names in different countries). My doctor, a specialist, advised me to stop taking it if I get pregnant, but that's because there has not been enough research about the consequences. So if you want to be safe, stop taking it. I already fear pregnancy because of the thought of not taking it... How will I work and function without it? Sadly, I'd say stop taking them, just to be sure. Good luck!
