Strong smell

I am 2 weeks PP today. I had a vaginal delivery and three stitches due to a tear. I am still actively bleeding. It's mainly still red blood, some brown mixed in occassionly. I still use the peri bottle to clean as well as these wipes they gave me. I can't help but notice this strong smell. It's almost a gross smell. I don't know what it should smell like or if it should have a smell. If I bend over, I can actually smell it through my pad and clothes. I dont have fever or any itching etc. Is this normal ? Anyone else have a strong smell to the bleeding?
