How are all the fitness moms out there doing?
Just a quick shout out to fellow fitness moms out there! How are you all doing? Any interesting changes that have occured to your routine since getting pregnant? I'm interested to hear others experiences so far and how pregnancy has changed your routine or daily life in regards to exercise or fitness.
So far I've been lucky enough that nothing about my routine has changed with the exception of I do things a little more slowly and carefully. I still weight lift daily, swim, rollerblade, etc. It was my goal to stay active my entire pregnancy and so far things are going well (though I am prepared for the possibility I may have to stop altogether at some point). Currently 21 weeks and just confirmed hubby and I are having a little girl in March!
What have your pregnancy fitness journies been like so far ladies? What hurdles have you had to deal with in keeping active during your pregnancies? Were you able to find ways to keep going or did you have to back off for the duration of the pregnancy? Share your stories! I'm sure there are plenty of women in the same boat!
