Baby has a lump little above nipple??

So my baby girl will be 3 weeks tomorrow, well today as I put lotion on her I noticed a lump a little above her right nipple and only her right. Could it be from me breastfeeding her and her getting the hormones? It doesn't bug her at all but I'm worried about it because it wasn't there last night🤔 I'm calling her doctor in the morning just to make sure it's nothing serious.
