Postpartum preeclampsia

I’m 2 weeks postpartum and I’m really dizzy and lightheaded, and have a headache. and my heart rate has always been like 100 but now it’s in the 60s. I’m worried I could have postpartum preeclampsia or something but I want to know if anyone has been through something similar after birth and it was normal.

I’ve had good blood pressure always but I went to the ER last week to make sure I didn’t have a blood clot (I didn’t) and my blood pressure was slightly higher than normal. Should I be worried? Or is this normal for after giving birth? Thank you
