Upset with diagnosis

I have found myself extremely upset since being diagnosed with Endometriosis. I can’t seem to get out of bed most days I know you can still have children with Endo. But I feel like it’s impossible for me now. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18, and told I have a retroverted uterus. & now on top of that I have Endo. Which I know I could receive IVF but that is so expensive. And I’m just really upset about all of this, & even more frustrated that nobody understands.
