Unsure.........

So I have a 7 yr old (8 on christmas) and a 1 yr old from previous relationships but my husband has been raising my son since the day he was born. My husband and I have been married for a month but we knew we would be together so we started ttc early got pregnant when my son was 4 months and it ended in a miscarriage. My husband was heart broken as well as i was but more so for him because it was his first. 2 months after i got pregnant again im currently 27weeks 5 days. I signed my papers to get my tubes tide because my health is not good being pregnant and my husband agreed. Well now here i am debating if it's what i really want. My husband treats my kids as his own and he has one on the way but even though my husband says hes fine with just 1 bio kid i feel like he deserves to have more, he was so worried he couldnt have kids but i feel like ive put a limit on him do to my health
