Help for eaters like me?
I want to start eating better tomorrow (since I get paid) but I don’t know what to eat. Any advice on good Whole Foods to help me start eating better? I was gonna go back to having a bowl of oatmeal and toast in the morning but lunch, dinner, and snacks are my problem.
*if you have recipes, I would love them too.
- I do not like seafood though
