Becoming a registered nurse

I need some help hopefully from some rn’s.

I’m currently enrolled in a university which has an impacted nursing program so I won’t be able to get in. Here are my options:

Stay enrolled in this university and do an accelerated nursing program after I get my BA in human development.

Or

Go to a community college and obtaining my associates degree for an rn.

Then...

I can start working and go back to school to get my bsn.

Or

I can do one semester at a community college and become a certified nursing assistant and start working but I’m not sure what steps I’d take after to pursue my RN career.
