Arms above your head?

So I keep being told to try to avoid having my arms above my head because the baby’s cord can get wrapped around her neck? I’m super short. To the point I cannot even grab a plate out of the cabinet without it being quite a stretch (we bought a house that was NOT short person capable lol) so I’m really just wondering if there is any validity to that? I mean I don’t really wanna carry a step stool with me everywhere but if necessary I suppose I could 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
