Worried...need advice!

Hey ladies. So last night I was using the bathroom before bed (just pee) and as I wiped I saw a very little streak of pink on the tp. Nothing in the toilet or my underwear but it freaked me out a bit. I believe I had the same thing happen this past Friday as well but was rushing because we had people coming over. I’ve been having cramping since before my period was due and when I took my test. I’m about 6 weeks. I worried so much last night that I got very little sleep and feel awful physically now. We had a missed miscarriage in May and so that doesn’t help any. Need advice... is this normal? Should I call my doctor? Just monitor it? I just need some piece of mind PLEASE!
