Nighttime potty??? 🚽

How many times are you lady’s getting up to use the restroom?? I’m only 16 weeks and I swear it’s 4-5 times a night and it’s been this way almost the whole pregnancy!

Usually twice.  I get so happy when the first wake up is at least 4 hours since I fell asleep.  I feel like a sleep expert at that point. Then the second wake up is usually an hour or two later and then I wake up for the day an hour or two after that.

for me its honestly been slowing down. or I sleep walk and go....cause i find remember getting up some night but my husband does🤣🤣
