Do I need to worry

Ok. So third pregnancy. Never had any problems with last two. But this time ive noticed I’ve been getting a lot of Braxton Hicks. I’ve gotten like 5-6 in like 30 minutes to an hour. Some are painful. Some are just uncomfortable. SO and I had sex last night. And just now when I wiped I had a huge chunk of my mucus plug. I read it could be from sex. But that’s the first time it’s ever happened. And I’m having a lot of heart palpitations. It’s hard to catch my breath. Idk. I’m just freaking out a bit. No leaking or bleeding. No cramping at the moment. Is this something I should worry about?
