Working out around office work

I've just started an office job which I have never done before.

I am struggling to have the motivation to train and j have put on a little weight and lost some muscle definition.

I know I can get back to where I used to be but my confidence has been knocked since being with an emotionally abusive guy (got rid of him now phew).

Anyone got any advice of how to stay confident and motivated to eat well and train when you work 8-6pm hours???
