Sleeping with acid reflux

How do you ladies get your babies to sleep with acid reflux? My daughter is 3 1/2 months old and takes meds twice a day because it’s so bad. We keep her upright for 20-30 minutes after she eats, and sleeps at an angle in her crib. her pediatrician recommended adding rice to her bottle but she won’t take the rice. We have tried added 1/4 of the amount her pediatrician recommended and she still has trouble eating. Not sure if it’s due to her being slightly premature or a lazy eater. She’s also super picking about the formula she takes! Tonight she kept waking up because it was so bad and the projectile vomited for the second time today.
