My 3 month old has woken up with eye gunk only in her right eye for a few days now. Her eye isn't red or swollen which makes me think it's not pink eye. There's no fever either. Throughout the day it'll be watery but the yellow gunk is just in the morning after sleeping 8+ hours. She tends to sleep on her right side more so could it just be drainage? Should I be concerned? Has this happened to your baby and if so, how did you handle it? I've put breast milk on it earlier this week. TIA!!
