OPKs and confused

My husband and I have been ttc for 2 months for baby #2. This is our second cycles doing clomid. I took clomid on cd 3-7, and started OPKs on cd 9. So from cd 11-16 I saw a gradual increase to positive. We bd almost every day or every other day! Then on cd 19 I got really bad right ovary pain.. I called my Gyno and they wanted to do a trans vag ultrasound if it didn’t go away... I ended up waiting and it finally calmed down.. cd 20 (yesterday) I came home from work and decided to do another opk for “fun”... when I check after the allowed time, it was the darkest I’ve seen.. so I wait a few more hours before bed and tested again and just as dark! Today, cd 21, woke up and tested again and this is even darker than last night!!! Btw I pee throughout the night so I don’t hold my urine long... I went to the Gyno for my 21 day progesterone draw and they said they don’t recommend doing opks.. has anyone had a similar experience? What was the outcome? I won’t get my blood results until Monday!
