How early can an ultrasound confirm gender?

I had a blood test done to know the gender.  It is a boy 💙 when can this be confirmed to know for 100% certainty?

Found out early at 14 weeks, but that’s probably because he’s a boy and those parts are definitely more obvious when baby shows them off 😂

I found out with my son at 17 weeks 4 days. Found out with my daughter at 14 weeks 1 day. Both were confirmed at their anatomy scans.

I had the blood test too! I’m waiting for my 20 week ultrasound to confirm it’s a girl. From what I’ve read though, boys are easier to see earlier compared to girls.
