Baby is definitely more efficient than a pump!
So my normal routine is to get up at 4:30am to pump and then feed my daughter around 5:30. Well, this morning, she woke up at 4am super hungry, so I fed her first. When I tried to pump afterward, I got maybe a 1/4 of an ounce. This proves that babies are definitely more efficient than a pump. She sucked me dry! I was a little concerned that I was having supply issues, but I just pumped at work and got 3 ounces on each side.
