Exciting appointment!

So excited! Found my set doctor, he’s actually family friends with my SO and delivered his nephews so he is treating us so good! I’ve posted previously about multiple worries and the temporary doctor I was with only measured the yolk sac and said I was weeks behind and measuring for June 4th! well today we saw full baby and measurements at 10 weeks 3 days for May 28th but keeping my due date at May 24th!, pretty excited I’m measuring on point 😍 didn’t get to hear heartbeat but got to see it and was so happy with the whole appointment going to do Natera panorama, does anyone know how long the results take to get back?
