Ladies it’s cold and flu season can any of you give me home remedies?

I have a terrible sinus head cold to the point were it hurts to smile and my jaw is semi sore as well because everything is just so inflamed do you ladies have any tips and tricks to help you with the congestion and pain?

That sounds like a sinus infection, trust me, I’ve had plenty. If so, you’d need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics so it’ll go away quickly.

Get some anti-inflamm pain relief, specifically for sinus infections if you can. Get some vicks/olbas oil or some other strong menthol vapour and add it to boiling hot water, cover your head with a towel and steam your face (if that makes sense haha), it’s help unblock your sinuses. Lots of green tea, lemon and honey tea or water, and garlic and chilli foods. Take time off if you can too as resting will make it go away quicker!
