Pain management help advise!?

I have pelvic pain constantly! I am wanting advice on how to deal with it.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS and I have multiple cysts on both ovaries ranging up to 22mm in size.. I also have suspected endo I am having an investigative surgery in the next 3/6 months I’m on a waiting list. I also have a fibroid on my uterus. I need coping mechanisms I can barely sleep through the night due to the pain it’s getting harder to work or function. Exercising is excruciatingly painful as is sex.. I just need help dealing with the pain beyond the Painkillers I keep getting.. I’m honestly at the edge cause the pain is ruining my quality of life I’m not okay..
