TMI question

I've noticed I have red bumps on my lips(down there..not my face lol). They're like on the inside of the lips.

They look like blood blisters cuz they're a very dark red. They dont hurt or itch. I only noticed because I looked. Otherwise I'd never realize they were there.

Does anyone know what this is?? Should I be concerned?

I get tested yearly (even tho I'm married...cuz u just never know) and my last test was last November..I was clean.

These came up within the last year though.

I am overweight and have hardly any hair down there if that makes any difference.

No I dont shave
