Yeast infection

I’m pretty sure I have a yeast infection (I’ve had one before so I know what the symptoms are). Last time I got the Monistat 7 day treatment. I was miserable, I hate putting stuff in me like that, especially for 7 days! But hey it worked. I see that the Monistat 1 day is more expensive...I don’t have much money, is there an alternative? I looked online and I see a 1 day treatment similar to Monistat but the brand is Equate. Does anyone have any experience with that brand? Does it work just as good? Any advice will be great!
