C section incision normal??

I’ll be 3 weeks postpartum Sunday, this is before I wiped it: (the skin kind of hangs so it gets moisture under there..)

This is after:

Does it look ok?? Why is the end of it bleeding?? How do I keep it more dry?? 😬😬 I still have 3 weeks until my appointment for my follow up.

If it’s bleeding I would get it checked over.  Make sure it’s completely dry after washing, I used Maternity pads on my incision for a few weeks to gather any moisture or leakage. Mines healed great and quickly.

Call your ob about the bleeding on your incision. Plus They can give you stuff to help with the moisture. You can get a yeast infection there and it can be painful.

I had a terrible time with my second c section and my cut always felt really well or as if it wasn’t dried properly after showers. My doctor told me to lie on the bed with the hair dryer on cool and dry it out that way. Worked great.
