Temping?

Can you ladies explain how to check my temperate to see if I truely ovulate? Or is there another way to be absolutely sure?

We have been ttc for 2 years, and yesterday I was diagnosed "unexplained infertility" .... we are trying 2 cycles on a new medicine and then after that if it don't work, we will invotro...

Anyway, I use the clear blue ovulation tests and i always have a peak day right on time, but I am wondering if I am just having a LH surge and no actual eggs drop.

Any advice or stories of expierence would be appreciated.
