140 lbs
I've had 3 boys between 10.1 - 12.5 lbs all vaginally. I workout and we eat healthy BUT I am addicted to dark chocolate mocha frappes with creme de menthe and poppyseed muffins to go with it. So 5-6 days a week I get them for breakfast. I was doing so good for a few months only going twice a week but since I've been stressed I'm back to 5-6 times a week. I want to lose 5 lbs to be back at my pre pregnancy weight but I CANNOT break this addiction. And I am healing my diastasis recti. I feel so fat and ugly right now. 😭 I'm ashamed. And it sucks because usually I'm more confident with myself. Help!!!
