Vbac question - over age 40
I will be 41 when my baby is born ... I'm currently 19 weeks but is high risk due to my age and having a mild heart condition. My first one was born 11 years ago via C-section due to the size of her head after being induced at 42 weeks. My doctor is on board with me having a VBAC as long as my heart is handling the pregnancy load.
I had my anatomy scan yesterday and they said my placenta is low ( they didn't specify how low) .. they said due to my age, being plus size and having had a previous csection, most likely it will not move higher and I most likely will have a repeat csection. Has anyone been through something similar as my situation and had their placenta move higher further in the pregnancy and got a successful VBAC?
