ANXIETY
I have so much anxiety for no reason and it really scares me. I was in bed scrolling through IG and I saw a thread on how to Lucid Dream and it started scaring me because I started thinking about Sleep Paralysis. It freaks me out so much. I’ve sort of had it so many times the thing is I don’t necessarily see any creepy shit I just can’t move and feel like I can’t breathe. I really don’t know what to do about this. I wasn’t sure if I have a sleep apnea or a anxiety disorder or something. It might just be stress because it’s college app season idk. Can someone please please help me. I’m so afraid of dying and I’m too scared to fall asleep now. :(
