HELP!!!

In October I never saw AF. No bleeding at all. No implantaion bleeding either. I am always spot on when AF shows up I have never missed a period since puberty hit. So after a few days I tested and bfn a few days later tested bfn. A few days after that BFN!! then finally 2 weeks have gone by and still no AF and no positive test. I keep getting a lot of early pregnancy symptoms except for morning sickness. I looked up why I could have no AF and no BFP and the reasons they gave me none of them lined up with me. Still having a lot of pregnancies symptoms. Then on the 1st I saw my first sign of blood just a very light pink barely there in my undies after that nothing. The next morning the 2nd I wake up and it looks like I started my period. I cramp like normal and its continued like normal today. For the last three days I keep having the feeling of nausea which is not a common symptom that I have when I have AF. Today I woke up the most nauseous I have ever felt. Spins and all. Now my question to you is, WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON???
