Implantation?

Ok ladies im having really bad nausea to the point of having really bad gagging. I've been very tired aswell. Just went to the bathroom and when i wiped i got spotting with creamy discharge. So it got me curious. I checked my CP yesterday morning and it was low and hard. When i checked earlier it was so high up i could barely feel it. I have a ton of creamy CM. Cervix feels as if its getting softer since yesterday. My question is, In these pictures, is this implantation bleeding?
