Help!

Okay so I had a abortion October 4th and was bleeding until October 14th I had sex on the 12th ( I thought I was done spotting ) but didn't stop until 14th officially, then right after I was done bleeding I developed BV! I had it for a week before I went to the doctors, she prescribed me antibiotics, the day before I went to the doctors I wiped and I was spotting again it was (light pink) then it started to get dark, then it was feeling like a super light period, normal period blood color, but now its dark brown, its been almost 2 weeks since then, does anyone knows what this may mean???

Please help!

also I have no STI OR STD! I WAS TESTED OCTOBER 4TH FOR EVERYTHING.
