When did you become fertile after your baby/first period??

We’re trying to TTC baby #2 but I’m struggling with irregular periods and not ovulating.

I have a 15 month one who nurses during the day but sleeps throughout the night in her own room. I got my first period when she was 10 months and I’ve had 6 periods now. I thought this month was going to be our month and yesterday I thought I was 10 DPO and today I got my period.. again 🤦🏼‍♀️🔫

I thought I ovulated but I guess not.

Back in August I got a super faint positive pregnancy test, and my nipples were super sore and I just knew I was pregnant again, but 2 days later I started bleeding for 3 days and it stopped 😞. I guess that was a chemical?

I’m wondering when you guys were able to conceive baby #2? Am i going to have to stop nursing? Just frustrated 😶
