Bfp after MMC scared

Mmc was 8/27/18 and got my first cycle 10/6/18 Postive opk 10/21. First BFP at 11dpo . With a First responce that was Nov 1. Af due tomorrow. And all week ive been worried about how light my lines are . So i googled and it said a uti can cause false postive and my heart broke as i belive i may have 1 . I always have. Speck of protien in ny urine and dr never questioned it . But now im heart broken . So tomorrow im going in for blood .. i feel like i lost all hope . I looked back at my previous pregnancy test at the same dpo and they where much darker
