Circumcision

Yep. That topic is being brought up again. Everyone has their own opinions on having their children circumcised but this is a little different.

I’m not sure if this is recent or just being brought to my attention now but apparently in my state you have to pay out of pocket if you want your newborn circumcised even if you have insurance

What are your thoughts?

Is this fair? Do you think this decision was made to stop so many people from having it done?

If you had plans to circumcise, would this change your opinion if you had to pay out of pocket ?

The friend that made me aware of this paid $300 to have her newborn circumcised this week.

*im aware every state isn’t like this and every insurance isn’t like this. BUT if yours was like this.. what would your thoughts be? Would you change your decision?
