We eloped and everyone is pissed

I’m so frustrated my now husband and I have been together for six years. We got pregnant and had a son who is now almost two and when we weren’t married everyone was negative about it. Well we have talked about eloping for awhile now and told our families multiple times. Well yesterday we did it. We finally got married just randomly to a friend who was ordained. Instead of parents being happy everyone is being negative. For years we’ve been asked when are you getting married. I’m just so hurt... even if their upset about not being there they should bite their tongue and say congratulations.
