How do I know if he likes me?

So there’s someone at work he’s so cool. I feel a little(a loot) attracted to him. Today his mom went to my job and when he mentioned it me being funny said that i would like to meet her and he was going to take me to say hi but I was like no im just kidding! Later i said that maybe when she was about to leave i’ll just say hi and he said that she would love me. When i talk to him he really listens and looks me in the eyes, and i told him something about coffee and he remembered what flavor and where do i like it from. It was my dad’s birthday and he was excited to sing happy birthday and to meet my mom and he even stayed later than what he had to. I don’t know if he is just being friendly or does he like me?
