So upset!!!!!!!

My 6 month old rolled off the changing table when I turned for a SPLIT second to grab an outfit. She fell onto a fuzzy rug and she didn’t fall head first. She stopped crying after 5 mins.(even though I didn’t) . She’s eating, playing with toys and seems happy, and is now asleep in my arms. Of course I crazy researched and found something that said they may not develop head trauma symptoms until hours later!!!!!! Should I take her to the ER?!?!????
