IMPLANTATION!?

Yesterday I had an odd pinch and pressure on the left abdominal side. It would come and go but wouldn’t be painful just uncomfortable. No spotting/implantation bleeding yet, just mainly little clear/white/no discharge.. (it would vary) It’s been 7DPO and my period isn’t till the 18th and I usually get cramps 2/3 days before hand. Also I woke up today feeling almost out of body. I just didn’t feel like myself and my brain just keep saying “you’re pregnant!!” As much as I try to tell myself I’m not, I can’t think otherwise. And i’ve had pregnancy scares where I was able to rethink and doubt it but this one for some reason I feel pregnant. No other symptom besides those 2 🤔 Anybody else knew or felt they were pregnant before they even did a test? Also when can I test if this is actually implantation taking place?
