My MIL is under the impression she is going to be there for my labor & DELIVERY. Both my SIL & I looked at each other from across the room like “is she serious right now”. When I told her the only people at the hospital while I’m in labor & in the delivery room will be my husband & I. We want it to be private WE will call people when WE are ready. We want NOBODY taking pictures or posting ANYTHING until we say it’s okay.. When I told her that, she flipped me attitude. She tried to justify why she needed to be there & we told her no it’s just us. She got up & walked outside to smoke a cigarette. I asked my SIL if she was pissed off at me she said “Probably but don’t worry about it. You do what you want. It’s about you not about her” my MIL came back inside & went straight to the kitchen & didn’t talk to me the rest off the night. When we left to go back to our apartment we said goodnight & goodbye to everyone she didn’t say ANYTHING..
