Pregnant

So i went to go see my OB/GYN today and took a urine test with them to figure out what’s going on. I’m 10 days late and it came back negative. Still have all the symptom being pregnant. They’d taken a blood test to send it to the lab. I’m scared that if I’m not pregnant, something else is wrong. When should i try taking another pregnancy test to make sure?
