32 weeks; helping or harming milk supply?

I’m 32 weeks & about 2 weeks ago my one breast leaked for the first time. Today in the shower I noticed I could squeeze some milk out (the tiniest bit). Is it helping or hindering my supply to do something like that? Is there anything you can do in advance to make sure your milk comes in?

i don’t think it harms or helps production but nipple stimulation can encourage labor so be careful!

Mines been doing that since literally 8dpo, but only since 16 weeks (now 24) has it actually been milky. It was only clear. But it’s normal and it doesn’t really affect anything!!

You run the risk of putting yourself into labor if you express milk, by hand or pumping.
