Tricare + boot camp

I’m soooo confused about all of this! So I have Tricare while my husband is in boot camp but I have no idea how it works! Who is my PCM while he is there? If I am enrolled in Tricare Prime, does this mean I can’t be seen at a civilian hospital (even if they take tricare)? My main concern is making sure I can be seen and get prenatal care at a civilian hospital. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and the MTF is too far when an amazing hospital is right down the street.
