Very confused about opks and follicle check

I went in for a follicle check/bloodwork yesterday morning. She said there was a follicle on the ultrasound so I most likely ovulated the night before. She said they would call me if the bloodwork showed anything different. I didn’t get a call. Well now i have a blazing positive opk. So what could be the reasoning here? I do have two cysts on my right that are going down. So maybe my body thinks I’m ovulating this month but I’m not cause of the cysts? Or they just missed the follicle?
