Spotting???? Please help. I'm crying.

I'm 7weeks+3 today. I have not has any spotting until rn. I had sex and I peed and there was this:

I'm bawling. I want my baby to be okay. My husband and I have been moving and I helped carry boxes for 4 hours yesterday (up and down stairs). And I tried to not carry anything too heavy. 
I hope I didn't hurt my baby. My hips and lower back were sore last night. 
HELP.

Could have been from the sex if it was after sex.

Just be careful. It's kinda dark in color. At least it doesnt look like a lot. Lifting heavy things can cause some issues but not usually this early. Just try to take lots a breaks and sit down when you can. If theres more bleeding call your doc and if you want go to the ER.

It’s very very common to bleed after having sex. The vagina is already very vascular, and is even more so during pregnancy! Hence the bleeding after sex. I wouldn’t worry about this 😊

We are literally the same at pregnancy. I’m going through the same and it’s really making me worried. I don’t have any pain or cramps it’s just when I wipe. I also put a pad but nothing was on it and so I got liners and it’s only a little stain but it’s freaking me out. I have my first appointment Monday. Idk I hope it’s a normal pregnancy and not an ectopic pregnancy

I had the same bleeding. The found a haemorrhage next to my uterus. Was on bedrest for a week and bleeding went away completely. Take things easy.

I had that a week ago and I'm 11 weeks. Im okay just an irritated cervix was fucking with everything. Don't panic until you know. I know that easier said then done. Believe me. I ended up in the ER because of it.

It’s common to spot after sex, it could also be from implantation. Your baby is just fine enjoy 😊 your beautiful pregnancy!
